If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the problem.

if you are exercising your legal right to cancel an online purchase, please contact us before arranging a return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions for your order. For large and bulky furniture, return arrangements and costs will be explained before the return is arranged.

Items must be returned in an appropriate condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. we may deduct an amount where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
